We're proudly pro-choice, non-judgmental, woman-centred and independent. We work alongside hundreds of healthcare providers, to link you to the services that best suit your needs.

1800 My Options was first launched in March 2018, as part of the Women’s sexual and reproductive health: key priorities 2017–2020. This strategy aimed to reduce the barriers affecting women's access to reproductive and sexual health services in Victoria.
Since our launch, we have supported thousands of Victorians with their sexual and reproductive health needs.
An independent, external evaluation of our service by the Nossal Institute for Global Health in 2020 found that 1800 My Options increases timely access to essential sexual and reproductive health services, reduces stigma around abortion and contraception, and services diverse communities across Victoria.
